Our graded appliances, sometimes called factory seconds, are simply new appliances that have been returned to the original supplier or manufacturer within 28 days of purchase. Graded appliances are mostly returned for cosmetic damage (usually a small mark or dent) caused in transit. Graded appliances may have had slight usage, but no more than 28 days.
